Clutch hard to pull
I have a 2010 tri glide and I find the clutch is very hard to pull. I also have a 2007 ultra classic and a 2009 sportster1200 both of those I can pull the clutch with 2 fingers. Is there anything I can do to make it easier to pull. The local Harley dealer said I needed to lube my cable and they would do it for $65 but I declined. Could it be the cable or could I try something else. Thanks

When I had my cams done a couple of years ago , the indy lubed my clutch cable free of charge , they said when test riding , it felt a little stiff . I automatically noticed a difference when riding the bike home , much smoother and easier to pull .
I'm guessing after all these years , the one thing I neglected , was to lube the cable , it's now on my list , along with brake fluid every 2 years .
This might not be your case , but might be worth having it done .

foot stomp clutch
while lubing the cable might help, it is probably too late, as i find that when the clutch goes hard, then there is too much friction and the cable is damaged and metal to metal. however, a cable that is miss routed will cause a stiff operation as it tries to wind up when the cable distorts. get you a cable the has a teflon liner. another option is hydraulic.

You can try lubing it as provided above.
Cable is 14 years old and you did not state the number of miles on the trike. If the cable was not maintained, lubing may help some. However, if you are going to all the effort of removing the cable to lube it, might as well replace it.
