QQ HD Ride Planner

I know, I know,
HD Ride Planner has been beaten to death here, but I have a quick, specific question:

If I set up a route, and include multiple "Locations" (not waypoints) along the route: Do I have to physically "STOP" at each location? I know the HD Planner loves to "reroute". IF I ride right past one of the "Locations", will the mapping just keep moving along without freaking out?
