The hot lead goes to the new signal, ground is obtained through the bike frame/fender metal. In other words, you only need the "HOT" wire.

Hi Geoseismic,

Thanks for writing. But I do not know what it mean by "hot lead" "new signal" "HOT" wire.

Now currenty my bike's signallight have two wire, the new signal light have only one wire, where does this wire going to apply?

Thanks again
Jackie

He means by hot lead the one of the two wires that has the 12 volts on it. I don't know how your ground is set up but I would take the other wire (non 12 volts) and attach it to the fender or bracket the lights mount onto to ensure the lights do get a ground.
