Internal load equalizer?

Internal load equalizer?
I am having fog/passing light with LED's as well as the signals are LED's. The signals are flashing at the correct rate of speed however the dash lights are hyper flashing. I am told I don't need a load equalizer because there is an interna one. I was also told there is a sequence of buttons to be pushed in order to make it work. This is for my 2020 Street Glide Standard FLHX. My question is, how do I get the equalizer to turn on/work. What is the sequence of the buttons to push and which buttons?

most TSM today do not rely on load resistors since they can drive leds directly and do not need to be fooled.
as far as buttons??? if anything can be done it will be flashing the module.
do not know about hd but sometimes fast flashing is a signal that something is wrong. check your wiring for pathway to ground.
