The interval is 2 years or 3% moisture content, which ever comes first. I believe that bikes has a hydraulic clutch so it requires the same service. If you do the service yourself, get a new unopened container of high quality DOT4 brake fluid. I use Motol brake fluid. Once the container is opened, it starts to absorb moisture and should not be used after about 3 months. I always try to share the unused portion with others to avoid as much waste as possible.

If you have ABS brakes, the manual specifies cycling the ABS unit to move fluid from that system too. There are special tools to cycle the ABS system when flushing. Some say it's not necessary to cycle the ABS unit, but the manual call for is and they are very expensive to replace if they fail.

The most difficult part of flushing the clutch fluid is gaining access to the slave cylinder which is under the right side trans cover. The exhause header is close to it, but some people have been able to remove the cover without doing anything with the exhaust.

As for fluids, it has only been 2 years. If not abs and brakes hard I would not be in a rush. Other fluids doesn't hurt to change, but I would not do it this minute

I used to hate siphoning gas with the little 1/4" line. Then I got two foot half inch or so line stiff enough to stay on place and not to slow. This year I started siphoning engines and putting in my truck. For years fuel stabilizer, lately seafoam

Probably best to siphon and put fresh gas in. Id probably do tank or twoos seafoam let it sit in their when not running.

Not going to lie, idbe tempted to hit start button too even then I might siphon.

2 years is a long time and it ist. I was mad at a bike and parked it two years with some short test runs. Everything was good

I’d change all the fluids. Also, get the battery load tested.

i flush the MC then flush the new fluid through the caliper, then go for a ride, then i use the brake pedal at about 30mph to make the abs cycle. If I was worried about the small quantity in the abs pump I would flush the MC and caliper again, but I'm not.

I have a plan for the fuel. 'Just ordered the tune up kit (fluid change mainly) from HD. So, I should be in good shape. For the brake fluid, I am going to flush it per the procedure without the tool to cycle the ABS pump. The tool to cycle the ABS is $200. I went out and worked my brakes after the mention of the brake fluid and the hand brake and foot brake are very stiff not mushy like you would have on fluid that is compromised. So, I might wait 'till right before Sturgis for that one.

Update; I added fresh fuel and redline fuel system cleaner. Shaked the bike side to side and front to rear... did the hokey pokey. It started up fine and ran well. Thanks for everyone’s input! I will probably take it to the HD dealership for the brake line flush. ‘Haven’t decided yet. However the brakes operated fine.

And it started up just fine.
As for brake fluid all my bikes have 2 year old brake fluid. If the brake lever is hard, I would not worry, not saying it is bad to change it, because it is 2 year plus when ever changed last. It is more critical with ABS.

Maybe ride if for a little bit and see if anything else needs to be done, get it all done at once. Or get a manual and do it yourself. Again I am not saying to not replace anything, it sure doesn't hurt, just saying children will not die if you wait.
