03 electra glide ultra classic
I just bought this 03 ultra classic been sitting up 4yrs lights coming on but no start zero ,under seat near battery there's a orange 12 pin connector not plugged in my question is there something missing

2003 Ultra Classic No-Start Fix:
- Reconnect the orange 12-pin ECM harness (likely unplugged, causing no fuel/spark).
- Check battery voltage (needs 12.6V+; sitting 4 years = likely dead).
- Test fuses (ECM/ignition), kill switch, and sidestand safety.
- If still dead, verify spark & fuel pump prime.
