I tried listing the Dynojet PV2 that I had on e-bay. I listed it the same way that another one is listed right now.

There is a reason.. It's a company. An individual can sale it.

The EPA can fine companies up to $4,819 for each non-compliant part sold in violation of the Clean Air Act.

A dealership can be fined $10,000 for removing a catalyst from the exhaust.

You can do it however. Now if you live in a inspection state, may not want to especially if your system has a behind the cat oxygen sensor.

 

Ha$ the same happen to me. Sold it on marketplace.

 

I had the same thing happened with a screaming eagle tuner. They have been doing this for some time now. I just relisted it with the description only stating the part number. It wasn't noticed by eBay and I sold it.

 

Rules. Just another word for oppression. Wait until they start using words like "after market" and "non Stock" like they do here in Florida.

 

sometimes you can market it as a race component, off road or track item that meets lesser restrictions.
epa is epa until trump dismantles it since he is a non believer in climate change

write him a letter and perhaps he will issue a executive order to allow you to sell it

 

Even if one doesn't believe in climate change, the elimination of lead in our fuel, the asbestos from brake shoes, and some of the harmful items coming out our exhaust pipes using catalytic converter and proper stoichiometric ratio of 14.7:1 for efficiency, the daily use of are highways is much safer on are health.

Everone shares a responsible for doing this.

Now if an individual chooses to ignore it, that's his freedom. But don't pass it on...
