Yikes, the "official" site sent my virus software into a seizure, and that is the only one I found. Amazon has a number of varieties of it in their Chinazon line

Why? What can you not get to with a regular ratchet setup or a ratcheting box wrench? Looks like a solution without a problem to me!
one thing that comes to mind is the cam side floor board on a FL.
There are several places where there is minimal space to swing a ratchet or wrench more than maybe a quarter of a turn. Something like this could make those a much quicker task.
