Default JUMP

I am having some serious electrical problems...I have a 95 FLSTF. I bought it used about 4 years ago with 1200 miles on her. I had some charging problems (turned out to be the voltage regulator). In the meantime, prior to figuring out that the voltage regulator was bad, I had the bike jumped (via a Ford Mustang)(big mistake). By having my bike jumped in this manner, is there any way that I could have fried the stator or any other related parts. I currently have my Outer Primary Cover off, getting ready to pull the clutch and chain, stator etc... I already had the starter apart and checked contacts etc...I also rebuilt the starter solenoid (contacts were terrible). I guess I am just wondering if there is anything else that I need to be looking for after I replace the stator...and if jumping can cause problems electrically.
