I have had State Farm form my cars since 1988 and had 3 different bikes with them as well. Bought my firt HOG in April and they wanted almost $1500.00/year. I had a bad run in with Progressive paying out a clame for somebody that hit me so GEICO. Was only about $300/year.
I used Foremost, but I am a Farmers agent who uses Foremost for "Specialty Products" such as bikes, boats, etc. My policy in Texas for full coverage on my Harley runs $420 a year. BTW, I don't get a discount because I am an agent. I have written liabilty only polices for guys that are in the $60-$70 a year range.
In my experience, the most premium on a bike policy is the comprehensive coverage, since they are prone to theft. If you have any questions, PM me. I will be happy to answer and I won't try to sell you a policy. Just note, I only know Texas rules.
