BLACK CHERRY PEARL - I might get to see it tomorrow - heading to Battlefield HD in the morning. Gotta decide on accessories. Decisions - decisions........

Congrats. I bought an '05 RK Classic in October, put about 500 miles on and loved every mile I rode it. Now I can't wait for this winter crap to get outta here so I can add some pipes and other stuff and get some real riding done. Mine is Lava Red Sunglo. My buddy has the Black Cherry. sweet machine. Ride in good health. Best of luck!

Make sure you get the Stage I to go with the slips ons...do it all at the same time so you only have to remap the bike once.

Congratulations Ted, welcome to the touring family. You will love the ride. Since you are riding 2 up I reccomend the upgraded cams. I believe it is the 203's. I had HD put a set in my classic a little while after I got the bike and it is like a day or night different. It feels like you do not have a rider in the back. Without them you'll feel the rider some what. I believe it was in the $640 range for cams and install. Money well spent. Enjoy.

GREAT COLOR...Can't wait to see it. I agree with Pilot (Did I say that)...Go with Stage 1, and remap. Cams are a good idea if you are going to be 2 up- but do it all at same time.
