Default broken ez out

How do I remove a broken ez out, The bolt that broke in rear of frame is the one that holds sing arm cover on .Any ideas on why this broke.[:@]

It not easy to get those out.They are hardened and will break.Could be that the bolt has red Loctite on it.
You could try using a punch and hammer to try to break the easy out into pieces.You could also using a die grinder with a carbide burr and grind it out.
