Default Winter Upgrades

What do you do to your bike during the winter? I run the kerosene heater and putter around servicing the bike. This weekend I'll be working on a buddy's bike. What do you have planned?

I'm currently awaiting my paint to be completed, along with some top secret powder coating that i'm planning to do... if i can figure out how my buddy's setup works and achieve the result i'm after. I've also added about $1,500 (retail) in accessories to the build sheet for late Feb.
