I have a 2008 Fat Bob. I work off shore 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off. I have been having my bike a year in August and have never had a problem with it before. I just got back in yesterday from work and now my bike wont start, lights come one but will not crank. So I went out to buy a bew battery thinking that is the problem, but when I installed the new battery the same thing is happening lights come on but still will not still will not start. Can anyone give me any suggestions on what I need to do or try. Also once the battery goes dead does it affect the security system??? Can anyone please help????

 

that when I charging the battery while it was in the bike I made a simple mistake and hooked the charger to the battery backwards. So could I have fried something???
