manual starter lever

Here's a pic of my test cover. They cut easily with a hacksaw (spray WD-40 on teeth to avoid clogging) if that's all ya have.
I found the rod in the manual setup dragged on my starter drive lever (the stock noid setup has more slop) and was able to cover the clutch basket and adjacent area with a shop rag then easily grind more clearance in the installed lever. Beat pulling my stock FXS oil bag to remove the lever.

I Installed one of them on my Shovelhead several years ago and it went together slick as c_m on a gold tooth. It's basically nothing more than a manual solenoid. Most expensive starter switch I ever bought and worth every penny.

Bottom of the battery box towards back end is the usual spot. You will need to find or make some cables if want a decent clean setup.
