Default How do you remove this?

I want to take off the backing plate (with the concho). I have no idea how to do this. Perhaps someone can shed some light on this. It's from a 2010 Heritage Softail. Thanks!!

A lot of times you can just undo the concho ribbon and pull the cap off and unscrew the the one screw holding it on.

Thanks!

Figured out how to get the backrest off (the leather cushion, that is) but the concho assembly with the brown leather piece appear to be a permanent installation from what I could see of how it's attached. Oh well.
