Hey Rick,

Don't offer an insert like that. Most any good machine shop should be able to make one. Find a shop that has a CNC or water jet cutter.....hey maybe even have a local high school class make one as a project.

I think the boys over at OCC had to make the one they used also?
You shouldn't have any problems with "copyright infringement" exspecially in times of war!

That's freakin' SUPERB Joe.

If it's ethical Joe, could you keep us up to date on the process and estimated cost?

What I have in mind, is taking a upright and altering to fit the "look" I have planned.

I've not dug very deep (yet) to find a good place to have any bead blasting or plating done.

I inquired about some bead blasting locally and never heard back from them.
I take that as a bad sign. [:'(]

Are there any reputable shops that do these things?
