Police Lights-Windshield Light Array

Police Lights-Windshield Light Array
I ride a 2007 CVO/Screamin Eagle Ultra (FLHTCUSE2), and I ride with the Patriot Guard Riders (PGR) and I am becoming a Road Guard with the PGR, which means that I have to outfit the Bike with Police Lights and Siren for Military Funeral Escort.
I’m looking to purchase a Windshield Light Array, which installs on the Dash behind the windshield.
My question: My Bike came stock with a Padded Dash; can the Padded Dash be removed and be replaced with the Windshield Light Array, which is made/sold by Whelen? The lights are mounted in a plastic housing that fits at the base of the windshield. The Whelen catalog indicates fits 2000-2009 FLHTPI, but I have not been able to confirm if the Dash on the FLHTCUSE2 is the same?

Police Lights
I too am a Patriot Guard member, and an Auxiliary Police officer and a Blue Knight member.
Be careful with lights and siren. If you have NO law Enforcement credentials you would be wise to stay away from blue and red. You can be arrested with those colors facing forward.
Only use white and amber. Facing to the rear, you can use red and amber as these are the only DOT approved colors. If you put a siren on the bike resist the urge to use the siren and just use the air horn function. I promise you sooner or later a cop will question your motives.
I hate to rain on your parade, I do 2 to 3 escorts a month and I have been questioned by the locals. Like I said, I have the credentials to stay on the right side of the law.
Thanks for what you do as a Patriot Guard Rider.
