Default Heritage Springer Front Rocker Sags

Hey Folks...My 2001 Heritage Springer front end rockers seem to ride at about 30-40 degrees upward (axle end) when I am riding. Yeah...I am not a light weight guy (about 275lbs), but I would like to have the rockers running horizontal when I am riding, especially with my wife on the back. Otherwise, I the front end bottoms out very easilly. Is this 30-40 degree upward rocker slope is normal or have my springs worn out ? Does anyone know what I could add to get them running horizontal ? Have been looking for a damper with spring to assist w/ downward force to no avail. (would prefer chrome of :icon_viking:course).
