starter trouble?
I have a 09 flhtcu, my starter seems to be dragging on start. I notice my lights dimming on start, so first thing I suspected is, bad battery. I took battery to autoparts to have it tested it shows up being good. I had the starter replaced in 2010, when I had previous trouble with possible flywheel damage. Is there any way to check out the starter?

If your battery is good, but the starter is not running at full power, you may have poor electrical connections between battery and starter. Check and tighten the connections including ground/earth wires, between battery and starter. There may also be a ground wire under the bike.
