Harder than you might think. I have been trying to find a springer front end for over a year, and thought I had found one from a custom builder. The problem is the rake and trail of the rocker and the placement of the gas tank. The triple trees have to be either inline or 1.5 inch offset (Rocker offset is 2.5 inch) to maintain the appropriate trail, both of which will end up hitting the tank. If you are going to do it, I believe you are going to have to replace or modify the tank.
I have always thought the springer front end would look awesome on the rocker I should think there wouldnt be any problems putting one on might have to sort out the length of the forks compared to the standard rockers
Also note the MoCo worked really hard on that front to help the silly fat tire in the back when the bike rolls into corners, putting a spring front end on that combo could cause unpredictable handling issues.

+1
been lookin myself without much luck... a scratch build by a builder is the only thing even close that Ive found, unfortunately I cant find the 6k involved to make it...
Please excuse my ignorance on this subject, but what exactly does the trail effect? I assume its similar to caster on a car/truck? I was a front end guy for a long time but I've only been doing the bike thing for a couple years now. Never really checked into it as I figured a typical softail springer would work fine. Would it be squirly with the 2.5 offset? I imagine the issue is the way the axle sits forward of the main fork?
