Anyone seen of heard of a springer frontend for the Rocker?

I have no idea what brand, but I just saw this pic. The first time I seen a Rocker with a springer!

Not a real Rocker lover, but that springer front end does make it look different.
I just can't decide if I like it or not.

I think its cool, but I would go with a different paint job.
