Need help Installing quick detach windshield on Deluxe

Default Need help Installing quick detach windshield on Deluxe
Hello, has anyone installed a quick detach shield on a deluxe? I bought the mounting hardware today 57184-05. My bike has the stock passing/fog lamps, do i need the spacers that were included with the kit.The instructions seem confusing to me and if anyone has pictures of the finished install that would be much appreciated.
