Well guys thats not exactly what i was thinking of but all that stuff was pretty cool.... I ran the numbers on my bike it told me where it was made and all the typical stuff but it also said it was a california special.don't make any sense to me. just wandering if anybody else has herd of that??? Thanks

Most likely it is due to the California EPA regs being stiffer and "They" require more smog type controls.
