I just bought the red one. Tried it a couple of times works fine. But, remember don't leave it on the piston (bottle jack) it will fail. It needs to be left on one of the locking position and pressure removed.

Position the jack so that the balance is good...
I use mine for LIGHT wrenching and cleaning/detailing.
Notice the word LIGHT...and to be safe..use the straps that come with it (Yellow Jack)to secure it.
As you can see..works great for my needs. And the little mech stool helps
to sit and clean,,and roll around the bike...

Ride and Jack safe..... LOL
No pun intended...

I bought a sears red jack over x-mas 06 for $59.99 it was a great deal but when I tried to use it on my 06 streetbob it was a little tough getting the jack to slide under the bike! even by leaning the bike one side to the next it was tough but it still got the job done!!!

i use a 2x6 under the side stand on my 06 bob (holding it more upright) and my red sears jack works well .. i chose the red jack over the yellow one because i can hold the bike with both hands and pump the jack with my foot .. well worth the money making it much better to clean spokes and do services ..

I have a lowered wide glide and just bought one of those red craftsman jacks. I tried sliding it under the frame and it wouldn't go under.

That is the reason I bought the yellow Sears motorcycle jack. My Fat Boy SE comes lowered in the rear from the factory. The yellow jack slips right under.

glideridemike I had a Dyna low rider and had to ride it on 2x10's to get it up high enough for the red and black lift to work. Just make sure you put another 2x10 under the kickstand. Take your time and it will work.

Same thing goes for the XL1200L. For the rest of the bikes in the family, my red Sears jack works fine.
