I's bin almost 4 weeks now,and I can't even put my hand up over my head! I got a new seat to help take some of the shock out of the ride.I never thought I would be in this much pain for so long!

It just takes as much time as it takes.. not helpful but I had my right shoulder torn up 3 years ago.. still gives me problems... so much so that I have to put PYO bars on my SG to lessen the strain on my shoulder... can ride real good now.
