Default Harley computer question

Hey guys I was wondering if there is a way that an HD dealer would be able to tell if a bike has been abused? Long story short, I moved to another state and my "friend" offered to ride my bike to my new house. I gave him the bike with 115 miles on it and I just picked it up with 168 miles on it. Theres an engine knock, he said oil shot out of the tank, the bike wont start, stuff like that. He basically said I gave him a broken bike which is bull. I learned a lesson, never loan your bike out. So, Im just hoping that there is a way harley can tell. Thanks guys.

Don't need a dealership to tell you that your friend f'ed up your bike - you just did!
