Default Name that Part

took my tins off to be painted and about two months went by since the bike was disassembled. Went back together pretty smooth considering the time that passed. However, After it was all said and done I had one lil part left that I don't know what it is or where it goes. Its a 2004 softail springer.

Is it the size of a quarter? It looks like the threaded insert for your seat screw that is mounted in the rear fender well.

Its about 2.5" in diameter. thats exactly where I thought it went but it has no retaining clip. Plus I already have that piece installed but the threads match up with that bolt.

according to the parts microfiche, that thing (whatever it is) doesn't go on your bike. No fastener even closely resembles that. Think the person who had the bike before you used it in lieu of a proper fastener?

I figured it out. Took it into harley and they told me that it goes to the HD luggage rack that I did not put back on after I had it painted.
