Slip-on Muffler

I have a V&H Twin Slash 2:1 Slip on. Had it for 2 yrs now. The clamp comes loose after a few hundred miles. Just got back from Sturgis and talked to the Vance & Hines guys, they gave me a new clamp. Anyone else had/have this problem? What did you do to fix it?
