p0261 help plzzzz!

p0261 help plzzzz!

so, on the way back from the 110th my bike started to sputter at cruise speed. when i got home checked codes, got p0261. changed plugs and plug wires. didnt help. since i did a stage one without download at the begining of season, i put the cobra fi2000 on thinking that was the problem. didnt help. and now only running on one cylinder. wiggle test, nothing. new front injector, nothing. arghh!!!
at work now, but as soon as i get off going to get back at it. need help

Check the system relay. When you clear the P0261, does it come back? Remove the piggyback stuff till it runs.

yes,p0261 comes back

wow, found it, got er done. all that and it was a broken wire right above the front injector clip! at first i was pissed that i did all the other work untill i test drove it. running soooo much better, cooler, no back fire, deeper tone, NICE!!!
SO MY LESSON WAS, read the service manual, and follow the steps. save alot of TIME, and MONEY.
