Default anybody do this?
replace the foam in the passenger pillion? I read somewhere about taking the cover off the pillion, removing 1/2" of the foam and replace it with 2" of 5.5 oz. memory foam. Where can I get the foam? Any tips?

Try any upholstery shop. They shoudl have something that will work.

Buy a memory foam pillow and cut to fit.....works great .
