Default Bikes Riding Bad! Need Advice! 2005 Softail Deuce

My 05 Deuce has a spoked 21inch wheel on front. I hit a curb nearly head on going about 10-15 mph. Ever since it rides like its top heavy. No wabble. No noise. If I am going about 70 I really notice it. It feels like a wind gust does ever so often. And when I pull the front brake it dives to the right a bit. Makes me think im out of alignment. I talked to the harley guys and they said either:

1. Wheel bearings are loose or damaged
2. a fork is slightly bent, making the bike out of alignment
3. wheel needs to be trued. (If this was the case wouldnt it wabble at high speeds?)

Any ideas?
