throttle sticking

Default throttle sticking
I just installed a forcewinder air intake on my night train, when I got done I cranked the bike up and it sounded like the bike was at full throttle. I shut the bike down and made sure the throttle grip was rotated all the way forward, started the bike up and it ran fine. gave it some throttle and let the grip go, it rotated a bit forward but did not go back to idle, the bike was still running fast. I think the throttle line is sticking could I have done this, would the new air intake affect the throttle, I dont think I did anything, maybe it needs lubricated. Any ideas?

Sounds like the throttle linkage is hitting the back of the new filter housing.
