Good customer service

So Brian at Eastern Performance Cycles got a hold of me again and explained the situation to me. I explained to him as well that its not like 35 bucks is a bunch of money, I was just upset at the overall hastle. Brian ended up refunding me the 35 bucks and gave me an additional 35 for the inconvenience. Its nice to know a big business like eastern performance cycles actually cares about what a customer thinks and trys to make things right. For that I say thank you Brian and the guys at Eastern Performance Cycles..
