lots happening with the military theme rides .....
April 7th, 2007: Legion Run II - Rosedale, IN

The members of Rosedale Chapter 290 will be holding our second Legion Run on Saturday April 7, 2007. For those of you who missed the last one and wonder what a Legion run is please allow me to explain. It is on the order of a poker run but all the stops are at surrounding Legion posts. That way not only do we raise money for our chapter we also introduce our riders to posts they normally don't frequent... Last October we took off to the West and North. The ride went to Posts in Clinton In, Paris Il. Georgetown Il and Rockville In. for a total of about 104 miles. Our plan this April will be to go East and North east. The run starts and ends at Post 290, There is music and food at the end of the day. As soon as we get the details down (times for last bike out/in, cost, etc...) we will let everyone know. The members of chapter 290 look forward to riding with you

April 21, we will have Hogheads 1st annual ride for the Patriot Guard. The ride will go to benefit the Patriot Guards, Fallen Hero Scholarship Fund. We are holding it in conjuntion with American Legion Post #34. Live band and hog roast afterwards in the streets of Broad Ripple. Hogheads BBQ (6420 Cornell Ave - Broad Ripple). Hell we've posted the last two weekends trying to get a few Indiana peeps together but no one ever seems to be riding. We are always out and about. Let us know what you are up too and we'll hook up.
