We drove up Saturday and unfortunately hit a lot of rain on the way, but I am glad we did because i was fun.
Next year definetly planning aon a longer stay.
It was interesting to see actually how many bikes were out driving in the rain, just goes to show you not even a little (mostly all day
rain will stop people from having a good time.

we had 3 bikes leave Fox Lake IL Friday about noon,starting raining 5 minutes into the trip. on/off rain for a couple hours and than it stopped. 6 hour ride,a little over 300 miles. The friday nite street party in down town was a great time. 2 bands and lots of bikes and people. Saturday it rained all day and never quit. We left Sunday about noon NO RAIN until Madison and it started again. We took rt 12 back from Mad town it rained all the way back to Fox Lake IL. About 700 miles round trip, I am very inpressed how well these bikes handle in the rain. Over all a great trip.
