June 25 departure very early am from Big Dog Cycles in Brookfield, lunch stop in Green Bay then north to run southern shore of Lake Superior. Saturday continue southern shore witrh a stop at Taquamenon Falls then across Mak bridge and down to Traverse City via Tunnel of Trees for Saturday night. Sunday is down the Eastern shore of Lake Michigan. This is a variation from the last around the Lake trip I did. We need the early start to get up to Lake Superior The north shore of Lake Michigan is awesome but been there done that and Lake Superior has some phenomenal scenery. Post here or pm me and I'll block out some rooms for both nights. All bikes welcome and feel free to bring better halves I'm bringing mine or maybe she's bringing me She rides her own Heritage Softail.
Still working on route so maybe we head counterclockwise this time.

Here's what I'm thinking route wise once past Milwaukee we hug the lakeshore up to Green Bay for a lunch stop then we'll head to Escanaba along north shore of Lake Michigan.
Saturday morning another early start due north to Pictured Rocks National Lake Shore then Taquemenon Falls across the Mac bridge and down to Traverse City via the Tunnel of Trees. Sunday a nice leisurely ride down the eastern shore of Lake Michigan.
Johnny this is basicly the same route we took last time? Is your X-PD friend going? He was a nice guy. Staying in Lundington at that same hotel? That place has a very nice pool and big hot tub. Plus the resturant is right next door. Slash you mentioned a big group, trust me the bigger is only a pain, in my opinion.
Some of route is same some is different as I never go the exact same way. Milwaukee to Green Bay is different Escanaba to Mac Bridge is different Tunnel of Trees is same but to Traverse City not Ludington so different hotel etc Home run will be different as well
I may definitely be up for that one! Slash I see you're from Grayslake, I live in Round Lake, so I'll check with the better half tomorrow and see if we've got anything planned for that weekend, and if not we can meet you someplace close and ride up to meet the others.
