The seat is taking a hike. Wife has her own bike now so I don't need a big puffy seat for her rear end.

It looks good Bry. I agree that seat needs to go. Are the wide glide fender strut covers too long for the new fender??

Thank you and yeah the strut covers are too long. I'm going to sell them along with the bobtail fender.
I could chop the strut covers up and have them powdered but it really doesn't look bad (to me) in person to have the bare struts showing.

A solo seat will make what you did with the blinkers and the license plate even more pronounced. Well done!

Thanks fellas, pulled it out of the garage tonight after work to get some pics out in the daylight. Here's one that gives you an overall look. I am getting rid of the front fender, it doesn't go well, and as I set earlier the seat is going. I have a line on a Badlander (much lower profile) for a good price so I'm probably going to try that out. I may try a solo seat one of these days, like a Lepera Barebones or something.

It looks even better outside Bry. Have you thought about powder coating the rear signals. I couldn't remember what the Badlander seat looks like.

What you did with that rear seat rebalanced the whole bike! The front fender once again looks correct.

What are you thinking of going to for a front fender? ......curious.

I was thinking about trading my bike in for a 2011 bagger.....but it appears by bike is only worth 7 grand on a good day.

Might as well keep it, and if I wnat a new one, then have a 2nd bike.

The Road King Classic is kinda talking to me....HELP!
