Default Used trike purchase- things to look for?

I am considering purchasing a 2008 Heritage Softail Classic with a Motortrike conversion kit, that was added at the time of the initial purchase. The bike and kit only have 4400 miles on it. Is there anything to look for specifically with the conversion kit itself that may indicate a problem. Any advice would be greatly appreciated since all 5 bikes that I have owned have been new. I will be taking it for a test ride Monday.
