Have Champion kit on my 98 Ultra. Trouble with rear end. An intermittent click/clunk noise at low speed under 20 mph. Have no idea what year, as I got nowhere with my VIN #/sticker on kit.
. Thought I'd start out by checking the grease/gear oil level . Has anyone had any experience with this rear end or seen this type? Hex head plugs (2) are on opposite sides of the case. No drain plug. I know they played around with a lot of different setups on these. Entire case rotates. Think it's a limited slip differential.
. ANY info would be helpful. Already tried trike forums. Thanks. Ken
