My Trailer (WIP)

Next, I took a cargo box I bought off of amazon.com for about $150 or so, maybe $130, I forget, and cut some holes for the wheel wells out of it, then made cardboard wheel wells and fiberglassed them in:

My idea was to have the trailer as close to the width of my bike as I could get it. My bike is 36" wide, rail to rail. The trailer is about 3" over that, so I figger that's pretty close. I didn't want wheels sticking way out. I wanted to figger that if the bike can make it through, the trailer can too.
Here it is mounted to the trailer, but I haven't finished the top hardware yet:

I have a hitch from MCHitch.com (Thanks, Todd), and I bought a swivel ball off of eBay.
Still some more to do. The box hardware, lights, etc. I finished the trailer light connections on my bike, but i need to rebuild my rear brake hydraulics before I test it all out. I replaced my fender tip lights with LEDs, and I bought some LED bulbs for the trailer, so I should actually be ahead on the current draw. Those fender tip lights draw like 3 amps each, which is really amazing when you think about it. So, replacing them with LEDs, I saved almost 6 amps right there.
Anyway, it's coming along. I'll post more pics when it's done.
