I know it's not really a conversion, but for right now it is about all I can afford. I having leg problems and the wife also has some fear of my capacity to handle the Ultra. So I am thinking of having the Voyager Classic Kit installed, I like the idea that if I get to feeling better, etc I can remove the kit and still have two wheels. Any thoughts?
Friend with leg problems added the Voyager to his Classic.
Needed a tire at a H-D dealership out west.
They wouldn't change the tire unless he removed the kit and he had to put it back on.
They didn't want to mess with the liability.
He is over 70.
Another problem with these types of kits is that you can get stuck on rough terrain. Think back to your childhood and your first bike with training wheels getting stuck on a curb.
