When I was in Virginia City during Sreet Vibrations I saw quite a few bikers doing burnouts as they were leaving. One idiot on a Road Glide with a very expensive paint job decided to do a burn out right in front of my bike. The girl on the back decided to stand up and he lost it and the bike went down and scraped up his left saddle bag. Everyone was ok, but when I saw how close he got to my bike I was furious.
I don't care if you do burnouts - it's your rubber to lose. What I do care about is being careful of not hurting anyone or anything in your path.

It's a crowed pleaser. The smell of burning rubber. You do enjoy it better
when under the influence. I can't afford the abuse or tire wear myself
but hey to each his own. GETTER DONE! YEA HA! LIGHT IT UP!

These guys doing burnouts in a pit or by putting the front tire up against something are a joke. The real burnout kings are the guys who stand on their foorboards or footpegs while doing a burnout in a circle all the while keeping their balance.

I used to go to a memorial run for this guy who was killed on his bike.
A good friend of his would just stand on it very year on a sport bike and cover the parking lot
with smoke. You could not see. I guess this was his tribute to his bud. If you got to close you
would have tire junk all over yea.
