Jeff - from what I've been gathering (haven't tried first hand yet) a lot of people are experiencing difficulties. I guess individual dealers don't HAVE to participate in the program, but with all the money Harley spent on this advertising campaign I would think they would strongly encourage dealers to participate. Also I've heard of other dealers saying they participate, but making people go through a ridiculous amount of red tape...the ad and the press release made it seem like you could just show up and test ride one no questions asked. Anyone else experience this?

Rode to Valdosta, Ga to visit my daughter and son-in-law last June. Typical hot sweaty days but had a blast riding with them. Both in Air Force.
