IMHO, they were both in the wrong.
He shouldn't be splitting lanes (typical sport bike/rice burner *******) and she shouldn't be using her car as a weapon (probably on the rag).

Well, I have no idea what transpired between these two before they were on camera. You would think with that much emotion from either driver, there was some "history" between them!
