The Mascot is making an awaited journey to the west coast for the Pacific Rally in mid-September, moving through some states I don't think it's ever seen. It may be hard (impossible??) to move it back to the east coast in two weeks.
The mascot is making it's way west at this point. It has spend a considerable amount of time on the East coast and it is time I makes it's way thru the central states and to the west where it will remain thru our winter. It will not make it's way back this way until Spring as it is too hard to move it in the winter and the West coast has good weather that time of year and can keep it moving. Sorry!
Also the mascot was not designed to go from rally to rally. It is designed to go from person to person. Seems we've gotten off track from that lately and it has just been passed to go from rally to rally. We are going to get it back to it's original intent....to get member riding and meeting.
Heather,
I'm a newby to the forum...still don't understand a lot (Like how do I go from being a "Hang Around" to a full feldged member). Anyway, I don't even know what the mascot looks like. I think I'm in luck though. My military retirement ended me up in sunny southern cali. So, how do I find "the mascot" when it gets here? Thanks

Thanks EZ,
I spent a while at Fort Riley. I'll never forget seeing a guy on a low rider in a BIG wind. He was leaning HARD into it. I told the soldier who were with me at the time..."Now there goes a true biker!". I also seen more Turkeys around Fort Riley than I could believe! Gotta be a GREAT place to go gobbler hunting!

P.S. Exactly when/where is the rally going to be at out here in September?
