Fuelpak (fp3) issue

Fuelpak (fp3) issue
So got my fp3 today. Went to plug it in on bike, 2011 H-D FXDF Fatbob. No juice. Turned kill switch to on, ignition to on, and nothing, doesn't light up. Verified with seller, Fortnine that they shipped the correct one, and according to v&h with serial number and it is correct, should plug right in.
So, process of elimination here, if someone has a fp3 plugged into their bike, could you please take a picture of the plug while it is plugged in, and if you can, take the picture with a good view of the wires that are in both the plug on bike and the fp3. Going down the list of issues, and the more likely is power, or wires in wrong place, but need to verify before I start cutting and splicing wires. Thanks in advance.
