Default No power anywhere

I posted earlier tonight about a problem with my Street Bob. Through some help from you all, I'm leaning towards a short...somewhere. That leads me to this question. I have no power anywhere on the bike. The battery tests good and no fuses are blown. I believe power is coming out of the battery and into the bike but the short must be in the system really close after. My question is where to start looking for a short. I recently re-wired the bars internal but found no shorts, frays, loose or mis-placed connections. Where would a logical place to go next be. I'm so jelly headed from staring at wire I can't think straight. Could I put a meter between the ground strap and fuse slots to narrow it down to a specific circuit? Could the key switch be defective? I'm just concerned about frying the ECM or TSSM while trying to trace this down.

Default RE: No power anywhere

Disconnect the handle bar wiring from the main harness....see if you have power then. Not sure but you might have a maxie fuse in that system too that could have blown.
