Hi, 09 Sporty 883L with a basic Stage 1 (Screaming beagle slip-ons and very free flowing air intake)
- Spend 90% of my time on the freeway travelling between 80-105km/hr
- Have verified my RPM to Speed via Gearing Commander site so know I am working the 2500rpm - 3500rpm range for the speed
- Throttle sits between 20 - 30 within the TPS / AFR tables (after using tape on the throttle and a few runs on the open road)
So, here is my modified AFR/TPS table that is the same for the 2500-3500rpm range. Bike seems fine on the motorway; if anything I'm noticing that at 100km/hr i'm not needing to have the throttle as open as I used to for the same relative speed. Running my unit with Autotune in closed loop mode. Does this MAP design pass the basic sanity test?
Tape setup just wrapped around the throttle as a reference set on the switch block that I could see when sitting on the bike. I noted the throttle position when riding and then used the TMax in monitor mode to confirm the throttle position in the software. I was quite surprised at how low on the scale my cruising throttle position was. Then just plagiarized a MAP I saw somewhere on the forum to get the new end look for the map.

Seems to be going fine so far after about 500km
So if you simply marked it yourself, and corrected for tmax number you are saying you can cruise say 85km/hr at at 8 % throttle? 20-say 12?
