Engine light
I did some cleaning on my 2017 street glide recently and now the engine light is on. I removed some electrical parts and wondering if that's why.The control module is one. Can this be why? If so will it re-set itself? Confused....

if you happen to turn on the ignition with any sensors diconnected.. yup.. it will light the MIL
but it will reset itself after a preset on/off cycles, but just disconnect the battery for a few minutes to reset,
IF, there is actually no issues it will not come back on, but its a quicker way to make sure nothing is amiss.. instead of waiting for 10/20/30 on off cycles for it to go off and it never does
on my bike its 10, on my friends 2014 SG its 30 cycles
